While many believe that everything has already been decided, we thought it would be good to test this predetermination from the point of view of Jyotish. We have conducted a study on candidates for the last 20 years and have come to some surprising conclusions. We based our analyzis on the Amatyakaraka (AmK) as a planet responsible for status and activity, Vimshottari Dasa and Narayana Dasa running at the time of the elections, as well as transits of slow planets through key points.

We skipped presenting here all of the intermediate results, which we got from analyzing elections for the last 20 years, and only show you the results of the upcoming one.

Key points from the research:

1. According to Vimshottari Dasa, if the period of a planet is going on, which is strong in the horoscope, rules good houses and is also Amatyakaraka, then this gives an advantage.
2. According to Narayana Dasa, if the signs, periods and sub-periods that are going on receive sign aspects from AmK or AK, then this gives an advantage.
3. The posiiton ratio of MD/AD 3/11 and 5/9 gives an advantage.
4. If the Ashtakavarga of the rulers of MD and AD of Vimshottari Dasha is strong (BAV > 6, SAV > 32), then this gives an advantage.
5. Transits of slow planets, including transsaturn ones, by Bhrigu Bindu or in trine from it give an advantage (the more accurate the degree, the better).
6. Transits of slow planets, including transsaturn, through or in trine to the Ghati Lagna give an advantage (the more precise the degree, the better).
7. Transits of slow planets, including transsaturn, through their natal positions give an advantage (the more precise the degree, the better).
8. Transits of slow planets through the 9th, 10th and 11th houses from the natal Moon give an advantage.
9. Transits of Saturn and Jupiter through the natal AmK or a sign aspect to it give an advantage.
10. Transits of slow malefic planets (Sa, Ra and Ke) through the natal Moon reduce the chances of success.

And most importantly: It is impossible to assess the chances of candidates only by DASAS. TRANSITS should always be considered as well.

So, considering all the above, we can conclude that Kamala Harris will win due to the best Vimshottari Mahadasa, Narayana Dasa and transits of all slow planets.

If Trump wins, it will be due to factors that we have not taken into account and, thus, we will conduct further research.
